The Foundation’s annual operating expenses are underwritten by Southeast Health and the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine so that 100 percent of gifts received benefit the healthcare service or community wellness initiative specified or to the area of greatest need.

Many not-for-profit hospitals are now supported in part through fundraising. Communities nationwide are taking on the responsibility to help increase the healthcare options available in their own back yards. In addition, to ensuring the availability of the most current lifesaving equipment, philanthropic partnerships are also helping to expand and upgrade facilities, technology, programs and services at their community hospital.
Donations are accepted from anyone interested in advancing the health and wellness needs of the regional community served by Southeast Health and ACOM. Gifts can be made through cash, property, life insurance, appreciated stock and as a bequest. Anonymous gifts are also accepted. Donations can be made in person, via telephone, the postal system, and on-line.
All donors will be recognized in a thoughtful and appropriate way. Naming and special dedication opportunities are available. Foundation staff would be pleased to discuss opportunities with you. Should you want to make an anonymous gift, your identity will be protected.
